Nancy Cavey

When Nancy was in her late teens, her father was diagnosed with leukemia. Seeing firsthand the emotional and financial toll of disability and the benefits process shaped her career path and her empathy for the people she now represents. Today, she helps clients across the United States obtain their Social Security Disability and Short- and Long-Term Disability benefits.

Nancy has represented many individuals with Parkinson's and serves as a trailblazer - she was one of the first attorneys in the country to represent a disability claim related to Long COVID. Throughout her career, she’s been an advocate for people who’ve been denied fair treatment or the benefits they’re entitled to. Nancy is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claims Representatives (NOSSCR) and maintains a nationwide practice, licensed in Florida and the District of Columbia.
